Appointments

COVID-19 remains a risk. For this reason, we may ask you not to attend if you are reporting symptoms of COVID.

The Reception team have been asked to gather some information about the reason for your appointment. This helps us direct you to the most appropriate member of our team.

We have appointments available with the following healthcare professionals,

  • GP
  • Practice Nurse
  • GP Assistant
  • First Contact Physio
  • Clinical Pharmacist
  • Physician Associate
  • Mental Health Practitioner
  • Health and Wellbeing Coach

We are able to offer telephone appointments, face-to-face appointments or video consultations.

In a number of cases, it may be more appropriate for you to see an alternative professional who is specialised within a particular field. Please allow our Reception team the opportunity to discuss this with you.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. Repeated failure to attend an appointment without cancelling in advance may result in your removal from our practice list in accordance with our DNA policy.

You can cancel your appointment by contacting the surgery by telephone and selecting the "Cancel Appointment" option when prompted. This allows you to leave us a voicemail without the need to wait in a queue.
